Windows 8 Enterprise is only available to business users with Microsoft Software Assurance agreements. Windows 8 Enterprise includes all the features of Windows 8 Pro plus features for IT organization that enable PC management and deployment, advanced security, virtualization, new mobility scenarios, and much more. DirectAccess will only be available with Windows 8 Enterprise, as it was before with Windows 7.
Is DirectAccess still Enteprise feature, hope not? I still also hope that Win RT could join domain and it includes features like Bitlocker and Directaccess. I think those are the features which could make Win RT corporate suitable and beat all other "pads"
ReplyDeleteDirectAccess is still scheduled to be an Enterprise features, as it was in in windows 7.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you on domain-joined Windows RT. That would be a killer feature.
